Over de functie

As Global Training and Quality Manager at Webhelp you are a key advisor to our global client adidas. You love setting people in motion and help everyone within the global team to drive excellent results.. You are the linking pin between adidas and the local Webhelp teams in Athens, South Africa, Kosovo, Rabat and Estonia and you will be traveling to this locations a few times a year. When not traveling to the locations, you will be based in Amsterdam at the headquarters of adidas to keep a warm and close relationship with our partner. You are responsible for the global training curriculum, you initiate new learning and change processes and roll them out across the globe. You work with a team of local trainers and support them with delivering onboarding and upskill training for our advisors. You use the most appropriate training and delivery method including instructor led and e-learning training. Working closely with adidas you will upskill and accredit our trainers and ensure that material is relevant by providing feedback as well as promoting continuous improvement through learning. You play a key role in building a great and consistent global service experience for adidas clients.

- Planning and organizing at an excellent level, time management is your strength;

- Stakeholder and relationship management, working together is your nature;

- Leading a L&D team, where you've first learned to be a L&D practitioner to deliver inspiring training sessions;

- Leading a Quality Excellence team, driving customer experience in an Operation utilizing metrics such as NPS, Csat and FCR;

- Managing, coaching and mentoring across countries, you love to work with all different kind of personalities and cultures; 

- Strong communication skills, you are the inspirator that gets people moving; 

- Strong analytic skills, you are the gameleader that can get the winning strategy clear;

  • Commercial awareness, when you see a change where both adidas and Webhelp win together you jump right on it.

Location and hours: 

Your homebase will be the headquarters of adidas in Amsterdam near the Arena, and you want to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
